Love this Exercise to Help getting Your Deep Hip Muscles Firing.
This move connects your abdominals to your hips and really helps with all kinds of movements.
Its often a move I include in Back Strengthening programs as out deep but muscles are so important to lower back strength
I also love to use this to help with knee tracking as the deep hip muscles really assist with knee position in any weight bearing movement
Its also great to connect the core to the hips….creating a link that folks can really tap into…its pretty cool
