Studio  Coaching

My studio is located on the beautiful south coast of NSW in Malua Bay. If you'd like to work with me 1-2-1 in the studio please reach out to check for available times.

Services include

Exercise Physiology: A movement solution to your bodies problems.

I'll design a great program that's suited to your needs, and ill teach you how to do all the exercises correctly and safely. We then begin the coaching process where I guide you how to rebuild your body step by step so you can use it to do the things you love

Acupuncture: Ancient wisdom to correct modern imbalances.

Acupuncture works on the energetic flow of Qi throughout the 20 meridians of the body. We identify energy imbalances and work to correct eh by restoring the natural flow of Qi to nourish your body. I specialize in sports, muscles, joints and bone problems, where acupuncture is particularly effective at rehabbing old injuries, accelerating healing, optimizing recovery and generally making you feel amazing.

Initial Coaching Consult: $97

Standard Coaching Session: $65 for 30 minutes

Extended Coaching Session: $130 for 60 minutes


Online Coaching

I offer online Coaching session using the power of the internet to connect with you wherever you are in the world


Online coaching works the same ways as studio coaching, we book a time, meet online the secure and safe online portal called Physitrack 

Phsitrack has its own Video Chat and messaging function built into the platform keeping everything in one place, pretty neat eh!

I'll design your exercise program and teach you so you can practice safely and with confidence. You'll also get a fully detailed video library of each exercise for you to follow along too while you are practicing at home, in your gym  or wherever you find yourself

Physitrack is mobile friendly, so you can use it on any device. Heck once you have updated you exercises you can even use it with no internet access giving you the flexibility to really practice at your pace

Online Coaching Services

Exercise Physiology: Mobile, flexible and specific training based on what you want to go and how you want to get there. I'll coach you through the process of doing each exercise correctly, and keep you focused on the important stuff like actually doing your program

Nutrition Coaching; I can build in nutrition to your program, or even dedicate out time to creating your optimal approach to food. I don't coach you on diets, calories counting, or crazy detoxes but on the key strategies and tactics of successful nutrition that supports your body. 


Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation and Yoga Practice

If you'd like to learn how to create a self-practice using these beautiful traditional movement and health systems of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Mediation and Yoga I will spend time with you to help you create your individual practice


Build a Healthy Spine, get out of pain and move freely

A healthy spine is one of the key elements of living a healthy life. The spinal column is an incredibly complex and dynamic system that controls all movement. A focus on creating a healthy and robust spine, back and core will eliminate many aches, pains, and dysfunctions so common today 


Total Overhaul: Rebuild your body from the ground up

Sometimes we need to start at the start, a full body rebuilding program incorporates training every major joint, muscle group, movement pattern and system in the body that includes strength, mobility and flexibility.

This is a total training commitment of mind-body with a minimum of 6 hours a week training and self-practice, in addition to a weekly coaching session. This is walking the Path, playing the long game, there are no shortcuts, fast tracks in this program, and it's certainly not for everyone.

If you'd like to be coached by me weekly for 12 months, to create a real lasting change that totally overhauls not only how your body works, but the way you think about training then please feel free to contact me to see if there are any available spots

Would you just like to grab a session with me so I can help troubleshoot any issues you may have? I love catching up online with my clients to chat about what they are doing and workshopping out any issues they may be having this is a great option if you are already very independent and just need some help
