Mobility Exercises: Designed to get the joints and soft tissue structures moving
Stretching: Aimed at restoring functional length to muscles and connective tissue
Strengthening: Restoring functional strength to muscles so they can perform their roles correctly (stabilising, mobilising, counterbalancing, assisting, or producing the primary joint movement)
