This Weird Postural Exercise is Amazing for Hip Pain

This is a totally weird exercise from the PRI guys….heck most of their stuff is….but damn…it works.

Its all about getting one of the big power house muscles of your inner legs working again…the Adductors. These bad boys are as big as your quad group, and when you link them in with your glutes and obliques…very cool things happen
